Coronado Commons is located in Albuqueruque, N.M.  with 7 acres of site development and 65,000 sqft of retail space, combining Pad Sites, Hospitality, and Strip Retail.  The site was started in mid 2008 and completed fall of 2009.  This project has very strong tenants including IHOP, Comfort Inn and Suites, and Walgreens.

4.62 ac residential development of 16  R-2 zoned lots located in Anthony, N.M.  this site was taken from raw land, entitled, subdivided, and developed in 2010.  This site includes local ponding, private water system, and public roads and utilities.
